Default Good Deal - Tires/Wheels Advice

I've been looking at buying some used tires to replace my stock Duelers. I think I want 35" and wanted to spend $1000 or less until I saw this posting.

Jeep Wheel and Tire Package Off Road 2007 and up

Anyone think this is a good deal? Great deal? Should offer less?

Set of 5 , Jeep 35 x 12.50 R 17 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2 Tires and Aluminum Wheels 5x5.
12K miles on them, never driven in winter (from MI.)

True, that's probably what I'll do. I just searched this and a few other forums and the price seems pretty close. Maybe a tad high but then again they don't have many miles on them.

It's overpriced, he's mainly selling the wheels and the tires are just icing on the cake to up the price. You can pick up used 17's for $100-150 and tires you should be right at $1000 (perfect for your budget.) Watch for those guys that are jumping to 37's who have to sell them quickly and you can score a deal.

Thanks for the reply...I thought it was a tad high like I said. That's why he's selling, moved up to 37's. Maybe I'll offer $1000 or lower and see what happens.
