Default Good A/T tire for JK

I have on my JK, Rubicon tires (255/75/17). Does anybody know what tire sizes will keep me at the same diameter? I don't want to have a smaller tire, a bit larger would be OK. I would like to get something in between a light truck tire and a A/T tire. Tried the search and didn't have much luck.
Thanks Rubidon.

Default A/T's

I ran BFG AT/KO's which although pricey lasted me 5 yrs. Good all around tire that doesn't make too much noise on road.

bfg ko is a good one I had them and loved them
Goodyear duratrac seems to be really good too

on my JK my old tires was procomp A/T,I can say that is a really
good tire but not as good as the BFG perform a bit better off road but they are very far
behind the KO on the road and in winter conditions

Goodyear Duratrac 285/70R/17 (33x11.5) will fit and all you have to do is put a couple of washers in the steering stops to keep from rubbing. You can also get them closer to stock size if you want.

Again, BFG A/T's.

I had a set of 33's on my TJ, lasted forever. I plan on putting them on my JK as soon as my stock tires wear out. They have a 50,000 mile warranty as well from Discount Tire... You can read it on their website. They'll take care of you for sure.

The tires themselves are snow rated, perform well in mud and on rocks. Keep up to hot texas cement too ^.^

Go to this link and you can compare your current tire with one you are thinking about. It will give circumference, diameter, width and calculate what happens to your speedo. Great link:

BFG A/Ts?

Pffft...

Compared to the Goodyear DuraTrac, Cooper S/T and Kelly Safari TSR, they are markedly inferior.

KOs don't compete well with the latest generation of hybrid A/Ts. Hybrids combine elements of mud/terrain and all terrain in the design. For many, this offers the best of both worlds. All of these are superior to the KO in mud and snow.

All three of the above are available in 285/70-17 (33/11.50-17). Kellys are the least expensive, with the Coopers slightly more and the Goodyears well above either.

Do a search on the Modified forum on all three and you'll find much to review.

I would have to go with the Ko's as well. I have been running them for over a year now and havent had any problems. didnt even notice a sound difference when I put them on. And I have only gotten stuck when I go in shit that is clearly not intended for an all terrian tire.

265/70-R17 will be the same size as a stock tire.
