So I got a good look at it today under a bright light. It's not too bad. I'll just call 'em battle scars and forget about fixing it until I do a hemi swap. Then I'll get the AEV hood.

Any one else notice that jk hoods r made of tinfoil my hood has to big symmetrical dents on it from nothing

Yup. Tin foil for sure! I bet the dimples are from hood flutter while at highway speeds due to the weak hood latches.

Paintless repair works great on small hail. My last JK had been repaired by the dealer before it was sold to me, and it looked absolutely perfect. If they hadn't have told me and given me a discount, I'd have never known. But if I were you I'd get the AEV - looks badass and is pre-cut for a snorkel. Linex? Sounds like something better suited for a beater trail rig.
