Default Got to give my local dealer props! Good, decent people that work there!

I have a steering problem with my jeep due to a bracket that broke off of the axle, I made a thread on here click the link https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/stock-jk-tech-12/busted-steering-box-bracket-warranty-question-14093/ . Well for the past couple of weeks I have been working with my Dealership on trying to find out what really caused it to break. Well no one could really pin point what caused the break and so the dealer decided to turn it in on warranty and hope they would fix it. But, due to the lift the warranty would not cover. This morning I got a phone call from the service manager at Cleburne Dodge. He said " well... Chrysler has declined our application to repair and they say that it is due to the lift". He also said " since we are the ones that put the lift on your jeep, we will float the $1800 bill to replace your front axle and do a front end alignment on the new one ! So I say this, anyone that is in the DFW area of Texas should consider buying they're JK from Cleburne dodge!

since the dealer put the lift on, i can't see why they wouldn't foot the bill. regardless of whether its covered by warranty or not. THEY put the lift on.

sucks for all of us that got the lift and tires after the purchase :(
