WTF is this?!?! Something to do with my A/c??

Looks more like oil. Have you change your engine oil lately? Your front axel looks to have oil one the top.

It's not oil because I wiped some off and it was clear, with no smell.

Could be compressor oil or power steering fluid. You can check the power steering level and have the a/c leack check to rule them out.

Is it leaking inside aswell...? More specifically, under the glove box? If it is you may have the problem I had. I had water gathering in my hvac housing.

I only get water inside the Jeep under the glove box after it rains.. So I guess that rules me out of that problem
