When mine went into build phase, it was at the dealership in four weeks and that included a 1 1/2 layover in shipping yard in Atlanta.

I'm actually not in the military any more. Separated USAF 6 years ago. I'm a civilian contractor now, working in S.Korea. So, I get full use of all on-base facilities including, Exchange New Car Sales.
That rental car deal is for "Overseas Delivery" only. Soon I'll have the only Black 4 door Rubi in Korea.....cant wait.
BTW, My factory status code is "E" (but I still don't know what the heck that means....lol)
