I didnt know it was only specific for that GPS. Thought it might have been a great little dash storage area :(

My GPS was on the dash, and It makes a horrible dead angle. Especially off-road; you can't see the rocks in front of you. I think this is the worst place to install your GPS.

so where did you install yours then?

That's where I have mine and it's not a problem. It may have to do with the height of your seat?? Or the fact that I opted for a 3.5" screen so it wasn't so wide.
