Default Great Anti-theft!?!

I live in vegas... need I say more. Tonight I saw one of those rapist vans (white with no windows) eyeing up my JK from across the street. I watched it for a few min.'s and then decided to go outside and it drove away. So this got me thinkin'...
I went into the fuse block and took out relay K3. This is the starter solinoid Relay. Of course without it the JK wont start and the alarm will still arm. When I put it back in it fires right up.
Does anyone see a problem with this? As long as I dont bust the relay...RIGHT? Or am I being an idiot? I realise the key is chipped...
I have the top and the doors off right now. So maybe I'm being a little parinoid.
But for three seconds of work...

You could go even further and wire a kill switch into it.

Hang a target where your driver's door would be with a warning that you have them in your sights.

How does the JK's gas pedal attach? In the late CJs and the YJ, there was a clip that connected the throttle cable to the pedal arm. The clip was easy to pop out and replace with a padlock. Result? No gas pedal.

It is sad to say but if they want your car they will get it. All you can do is put as many deterrents as you can. If they see that your car will be harder to steal than the next one, they will always go after the one that is easier.

Insurance. Use it.

I've had several cars stolen in the past when I was younger so it doesn't hurt anymore.
Insurance can be a great thing. Its just a vehicle, it can be replaced. I'd rather have mine stolen and replaced, than damaged or vandalized to be honest.

Just another device to confuse your JK and leave you stranded and give Chrysler another reason the void your warranty. And not tow you under warranty!
