I had a great experience with TeraFlex today. I installed a 4 inch lift with the full flex arms about 4 weeks ago. The kit arrived from 4wd and one of the front coil spacers had a small crack in it. I tried to get a hold of the people at 4wd and after 40 min. on hold gave up. The next daySat. and Sun. I installed the lift and figured the crack wouldn't matter as it was very small. Well 4 weeks later I find a piece of the spacer in the drive way. Another 40 min. on hold with 4wd and I give up and try the sales line which took less then 30 sec. to get through to a person who told me they couldn't help me and that I could try the service line again if I wanted help.

Well I thought I would give Teraflex a try directly and got a live person in about a minute and had an answer and new spacers on the way in less then 5 min. I still love the kit and the ride and now am very pleased with their service.

I've had the same experience, 30+ min on the service line, no one ever picks up, no matter what time of day. Sales line, instant pickup.

Yeah if I had to use a US vendor, Northridge would be at the top of a very short list.

Nice to hear a good warranty story. Would be nicer if we could hear more of those from Jeep!

Haven't bought from 4wd yet. But Northridge is great! Teraflex is Awesome!
