I've been poking around the jeep website configuring a new wrangler and can't seem to find where the half door option went?

Did Chrysler get rid of it?

 

Rugged Ridge is coming out with some half doors just wait for it ... according to them it will be a lot cheaper than buying from the factory. They have some half doors on their SEMA JK plenty of pics on their web site and on the forum.

 

I read somewhere on this forum that Chrysler discontinued them.Help is on the way-Rugged Ridge is in the process of making stock-looking half doors which will take uppers...Price & availability "to be announced" -oops- beat by Sapper,since two people said it,it's True...

 

Go to the dealership and have them put together a build sheet. Quite often the website does not have everything. While I have heard the rumor that they are getting rid of the half doors, I would not be surprised if you can still order them.

 

On the Jeep site you can't get the half doors on an unlimited. i tried

 

Man I am glad I ordered them on my 2010. No half doors from jeep? What will be next independent front axle? Fiat sucks.

 

I am waiting for the rugged ridge doors. They are made of plastic witch I think is good. Should be nice and light to take off and stow in the back when needed

 

Yeah, the JK community has been dying for a cheap solution since the 2007's came out.

 

Looks like 2-door Rubicons can still get them according the the Jeep build website.

 

I emailed rugged ridge right after I seen the half doors in the SEMA pictures to inquire about them (cost and release date) I have not heard anything back from them .I also said they better be ready for the number of orders that they are going to get hahhah , I can wait .
