Quick question. Not sure if this is in the right area. But here we go. Has anything out there ever transported a 2dr hardtop in the back of a truck bed? Getting ready to buy one and just want to make sure it will fit with no problems. using a F250 long bed to transport it about 2.5 hours to get home. Or if anyone with a 2dr hard top could get some dimensions for me would be great. Thanks

 

I sold my 4 door hardtop and the guy that bought it picked it up in a truck. It didn't fit very well, it was as wide as the truck and he ended up with half the top over the side of tho truck. I would take the Jeep and put it on it.

 

Thanks for the response. All the measurements i have taken say it should fit. And the 4dr hardtop is bigger than the 2dr. so i think i will be ok.
