I had my '06 stolen too. As far as my '08 goes, wanna hear sketchy!? Of all the things inside of it (ipod, cds, cb radio...) whoever went into it once took my vehicle registration and proof of insurance.

 

kind of a funny and sad story.

girlfriend and I park beside each other in our condo parking. had my jeep out there for a couple night with the doors off. first time ever. second night, her little old neon got busted into. doors locked and everything. had some cd's and little things stolen. my jeep, no doors on what so ever, all the trail gear and such in the back behind the seat, no even touched. felt like kind of a douche. all I said was " must have been a jeep guy that broke into your neon." kind of funny from my point....

 

Watch your credit carefully, with that info, they can get your identity or at least enough of it to really screw you up.

 

I have never had anything stolen out of my Jeep,….BUT I did steal a hotties self respect in the seatless back of my JK this weekend!

On another note... I finally "broken in" my Jeep....

 

Ya at school they stole my parking permit! I did not have the windows and I have full steel doors so I guess hey climbed in. Then I had to buy another one which was an additional 20 bucks. Stupid school security........................

Yep...some tool stole one of my kid's car seats....

 

Damn thieves, off with their heads! When I run with the top off or soft top down, I don't leave ANYTHING visable from the outside except two car seats.

 

I had my Scruffy Jeep tire cover stolen. The worst part of that was it was a gift from my daughter.

Lived at that house for 11 years and that was the only thing ever stolen. Happened the last 6 months we were there.

 

A buddy of mine has a LJ and used to leave spent shotgun shells and .45 cal casings on his seats. No one bothered his Jeep. Wonder why?
