Dissapointing what some will do to make a buck...or in this case, thousands...especially with no gurantee any of the funds will go to support research or those living with it.

Well, since I made an assumption before and wasn't comfortable leaving it at that, I felt I had to ask the dealership about it. Here's their response:

"If this Jeep is purchased during the month of October we will donate $500 to the cancer research charity of the purchasers choosing in his or her name. Please feel free to call me with any other questions. We are also donating $25 for every vehicle we sell this month for Breast Cancer research. "

So $500 to charity, several thousand into dealership pockets. At least it's something to the cause, but still pretty sad - and I had to actually ask about it.

That it really sad...this would make me not want to purchase a vehicle from them.

They will put pink wheels on anything to say its for womens cancer.

Thats just sad trying to make a buck off of womens cancer. Whats next, testicular cancer flavored Jeeps? Blue wheels and some truck nutz hangin from the back. Poor form in they're part

Well its for a good cause. If they sell the jeep that way then Half of what they sell it for should go to breast cancer.
