so after 5000 miles of having my 35's on..... I decided it was time to rotate the tires....was going to be a tough job only having one jack and all but I knew I had to do it this weekend.

Well on the way home from work friday, I stopped by Wal-Mart just to see what they would charge me to rotate my tires....and their answer was "we do not rotate offroad tires" ..WTF??? .. so I say okay... and headed home....well there happened to be a discount tire across the street.

I stop in and ask if they could do it .....and not only did they say they would...they said they would do it for free, EVEN after I told them I did not buy my tires from then (they didn't have wheel/tire combo set i was looking for or I would have). So an hour later all my tires are rotated for free

take a guess on who gets my business when I need new tires

 

I have had the same experience at discount tire. They rotated the recapped tires I put on my XJ for free and only asked that I keep them in mind the next time I was in the market for new tires.

 

I just bought my first set of tires from them after getting flats fixed and RV tires inflated for years for free. They even matched the price of 4 Wheel parts on a set of Duratracs.

 

Thats exactly the reason I've bought all my tires from DT over the last 10 years.

Excellent customer service and they'll do what it takes to earn your business.

 

Ditto on the great customer service, just bought a set of wheels and tires from them and after the process was complete, I am planning on buying a new set for my wife's car as well.

The only problem is that they are always busy and their estimates on time are usually WAY off.

I bought my Rubi tires from them with certificates, plus I also bought my Gorilla lugs from them.
When it's time for the wife's van, it will be Discount Tire getting my business.

 

Same here, used America's Tire (same company) for my YJ tires and the wife's VW. Always good Cust. srv. Sometimes a bit slow on the Balance and rotation due to my schedule and how busy they are, but they do go the exra mile.

I was putting on larger tires and didn't know what rims I really wanted, they mounted a tire on each rim I was looking at and put it on the jeep to see how it looked and to check the backspacing.

Definitely will use them for future purchases.

I had that happened to me once before with them also, I couldn't believe they wanted to for free. I wanted to buy my new tires for the truck from them, but there isn't one anywhere close to us where we live now.

 

That's exactly why they have been getting my business for over 20 years. Awsome customer service and great prices.

 

The plugged one on my tires for free, while Belle Tire down the road wanted $20 I believe. I will keep Discount Tire in my mind for sure.
