Default Headroom

I'm 6'7'' but i really like the new JKs and might possibly pick one up if I decide to sell my Bronco. One thing I'm worried about though, is head room. I think that the roll bar/speaker bar might take away some of the headroom in the rig. Do yall think there is plenty of headroom and I could comfortably DD and 4x the JK without hitting my head [or having to worry about the roll bar being there]?

If you sit really far back you might have a problem, but the seat also lowers if you need it.
Best way to find out would be to go sit in one.

The headroom in the JK is awesome. Im a whole... 5ft 6 lol and I have at least a foot of room.

Sit in a JK and find out yourself however, it may be different for you.

I am 6'4'' and have plenty of headroom. I lowered the seat all the way and have it back all the way unless there are passengers. I love the headroom, and the amount with the soft/hard tops on are unbelievable actually.

6'3" and plenty of room. when i first got it i even played with the seat height adjustment a little, and raised it all the way (which is 2" i think) and i still had room.

I already sat in one and I was impressed. It was much more solid than a TJ I sat in before, the glove box even stayed shut without wobbling. I have plenty of head room in the front and the back [to the soft/hard top, or sky]. It's just the roll bar where it seperates the front to the back might cause some trouble. I noticed that when I sat in the back the roll bar was at forehead level but a good amount infront of my forehead. In the drivers seat the only time I noticed the roll bar was getting in and out of the Jeep I had to 'duck' a little.

Overall the 4door JK appealed to me a lot, and I may even purchase one sooner rather than later. I did not get to take it out on a test drive because it was a RUBI and the salesman said "they're very hard to get" which is pretty true from what i can tell stalking this site.
