Default Help!!!!

Has anyone done business and shopped with Hotjeepparts.com? If so, how was your experience? Went out of my comfort zone and what!

Honestly, if you feel that a website is sketchy, stay away from it. Because if it is then you just saved your money, but if it's legit you're not losing anything and there's plenty of awesome vendors on here to buy things for your JK!

read one good comment on another foum, followed by a bad one on the same forum, to bad the good comment was on a small item, and the bad one was on a large item.

No contact info/address on home page or a link to an about us phone number etc is all bad. What happened? Did you use a credit card or paypal?

I think it looks a little sketchy also. I never trust web-sites where I can't find information about the company or person running the site.

Received my grille inserts, suprisely they came from Quadratec along with other items I purchased directly from Quadratec. Never received shipping or tracking info from the seller, it just showed up! Makes me appreciate the customer service and correspondence that you receive from larger companies. It's the little things that count. I will definitely be aware of contact info and etc. in the future.
