Default Help!!!!

I purchased a Mopar Ruggetized rubber floor liner,, that is SUPPOSED to REPLACE the carpet, for $300.00 (Quad had it for $370.00,,,same exact Mopar part). Anyway the ad on Quad says that "IT REPLACES THE CARPET", and the picture looks all snug as a bug. It also stated that it would take LESS than an hour to install (RIGHT).
So, I pulled the carpet,,,,,,,got out all the parts. Two for the front floor boards, one piece for the back lower floor and under the front seats, two for the tire wheel wells, and one large one for the back tub.
Attached are just 5 of this POS mopar part in action. To make matter worse, the company that I purchased it from says they called Mopar, and they say that the liner will not fit SNUG, but will fit okay with some play! HAHAHAHA,,,now that was FUNNY, because there is about 4-5 inches underneath the wheel wells of extra "play".
AND, then I find out that because Mopar says it should fit,,,,if I return it,,,I get his with a 15% restocking fee!
This MOD is a complete POS! Does
anybody else have one that they are happy with? Go to quadratec, and see the picture and the write up that states that it is just like a SPRAY ON BED LINER!!!! AND AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURE, IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!

I will not post the name of the company until they really peeve me and not think that my money is worth them giving me satisfaction. However they did want me to call my local Dodge dealer and ask them to maybe give me pointers on how to properly install it! HA!! It does not take a Masters degree to figure out how to put in a LINER! However, my husband is an engineer, and he went out to look at it and told me to call them back and let them know that it does NOT FIT,,, I guess they thought a WOMAN could not handle an install of such a complex modification! I am SCREAMING mad, and just want to know if ANYBODY has one of these!!!

Thanks as always!

I got one for my 4dr and it fits pretty good, couple thingslike the storage area is too shallow and missing some rubber underneath the seat, but it fits pretty snug, doesn't look like yours. I let mine sit out in the sun for half a day before it went in also.

Could you possibly post pictures??? I am gonna need some "ammo" to get this thing back without it costing a 15-25% restocking fee!

Thanks

Well, I pulled the stupid thing out, and re-installed my carpets. The company was supposed to call me back yesterday, but did not. I will call them on Monday. Even if this thing DOES fit over my carpet, it would be the worst thing to do, because it's going to HOLD every drop of moisture IN, and eventually cause damage. So, it looks like I'm going to be rolling up my sleeves for a bit of a fight.

MK- THANKS for the pictures,,,,yes yours looks like it fits much better. The ONLY thing that makes this not sting so much is, the hubby and I installed my new bumpers & tube running boards!

I'll keep you informed on what the company says.

Good weekend to all!
