Hi Im a Newbie!
Hey guys! I am new to this website....I am lookin at buying a new JK but Im having a difficult time deciding on what exactly I want! Im extremly indecisive but I know I want this jeep!! I use to have a black 1980 CJ7 and I loved it! but I had to sell it!...and now im getting back in the game!! Soooo my big thing (as gay as it sounds) is Im having a hard time deciding color! its either yellow or white and im preeeety sure im set on the Rubicon 4door soft top......is that sounding good so far?? i just never see the yellow so thats what i can decide! and then of course theres lifting and wheels and tires!

Welcome! You might check the member galleries or the photo galleries at project-jk.com - tons of photos there of every color and lots of trips and action shots. Also the show and tell/trails and tails forums have lots of pictures as well.

Sounds great except for the yellow or white thing.
you know why there are so many yellow Hummers don't you?
So us Jeep guys can find them when they get stuck!
I guess you had to be there...

Welcome Phat. Like you I once had a 1980 Black CJ7. You'll be impressed at how much better the JK rides. With the old CJ, my back was wrecked after a 200 mile trip.....and I was a lot younger then!
As far as the color, white always looks good on a vehicle down south IMHO.

yea i was thinkin about a black jeep but I already have a black STi and my CJ was black so I wanted to stray and do a different color! I was really set on a yellow jeep but now I keep thinkin about white.....but I dont really see alot of yellow jeeps in georgia so its nice having something stand out! haha but I definately dont want to be mistaken for a hummer!!

You could always get a yellow one and put a BIG purple LSU sticker on the back.
Your GA friends would love that. Go look at as many as you can on the lot. They always look better in person.

Honestly, color is the last thing I'm picky about. If I special order it, then I'd probably get Jeep Green. If not, then I'd look for one with JG, Rescue Green (I think it is), or maybe black.
