Its the Hurricane. Its been around the forum before, but I could find the thread
Suppose to have two Hemis, one in front and one in rear. Each engine is supposedly responsible for driving the axle it sits on top of.
My money is on the theory that it was just deep R&D that was never intended to do more than test out some various ideas.
