Default Horn problems

I was offroading hard and found that my horn stopped working. With my keyless entry, the horn still works. However, when I press on the steering wheel horn button nothing happens. When I take the negative terminal off the battery and plug it back on, my horn goes off and I can't stop it unless I pull the fuse. After a while, I can put the fuse back in but I still can't use my horn from the steering wheel. Any advice?
