Hot Head Headliners Tape recommendations?
I've had my Hot Head headliners installed for about 3 1/2 years now. I got the complete set and I love them. However, I took my top off and have it hanging in my garage, where I noticed my passenger side, rear-side panel is falling off and won't stay in place. I also notice the top panels are drooping in a couple spots. Does anyone have any recommendations on what type of 2-sided tape to get so I can replace the sections of tape that don't seem to be holding anymore?

In regards to temperature differences, I wouldn't say they make that much of a difference. Although, others in more hotter Arizona climates seem to indicate they do help reduce the heat coming in from the sweltering sun.
Sound inside the cabin and improved creature comfort level is where I see the biggest improvements. Without the headliners, on the inside of the cabin there is a lot of echo. Kind of like being in an open room without any furniture and carpet. With the headliners it's a much warmer feel to the cabin interior, cutting down outside road noises and making your audio system sound much warmer. I would describe it like turning the inside of your JK from sounding like you're in a Kia to being inside a Lexus.
Also, I never really liked the bright white of the inside of the hard top, and it definitely improves that as well since it hides most of the white, no more dirt marks, scrapes, and dirty hand prints from the kids starring you in the face on those bright white surfaces. They make the interior much more pleasant to the eye where your hard top now matches the rest of the inside interior much better. It's definitely one of the better mods available you can do for your JK in my opinion.

Just send me an email and I will send you some tape that you can add to your headliners. If you have any other issues just give me a ring.

I can say in Georgia during the summer, without the headliner it felt like there was an oven above my head. With the headliner, no heat radiating down at all. I'm sure there's heat coming off it but it is drastically better. Couldn't be happier with the headliners and Mark's customer service.
Mine have been in for 3+ years and I consider these headliners to be one of my best / favorite mods and never regretted one penny.

It turns out I was mistaken about needing the 2-sided tape. Hey, it's been over 3 years since I installed these, so the ole memory is just not what it used to be.
It seems, I was having trouble just with the 2 side rear panels that go around the side windows and upon further inspection I realized I had the velcro and not the 2 sided tape. I probably decided to get the velcro and not the 3M tape just so I could re-adjust the panels if I screwed up during the install. The first time I looked at it, I just kind of peaked under the panels and saw the glue from the back of the velcro had let loose and was no longer sticking to the hard top and assumed I needed the tape. Then last weekend I pulled the panel back some more and saw I had the velcro fastened panels. So I ended up having Velcro available and just cut 4 velcro pieces with some fresh adhesive backing to match the size of the originals and I'm as good as new again. The top that was drooping slightly, just took a slight push to lock the velcro back into place.
Thank you for the offer Mark!!!
