In this video, "Jeep® hits the trail in Moab" posted on scoop.chrysler.com, chief Jeep engineer Mark Allen refers to the 'Lower 40" concept as a "car".

I think he oughtta get a pass on it. "Concept car" is kinda a phrase that describes most any prototype vehicle.

Got to go along with the Chief Jeep Engineer getting a pass on causing a potential kittycaust. If he called it a Yugo, who am I to argue?
