From my experience, people who put a lot of lights on their jeep are doing it for looks, not need. I have a 10" spot and 2 floods up front and that combo lights up the night and the sides for as far as I need to see. I do have a couple in the back for reversing too, but I can't see out my back window.
I find it amusing when I see dual 50" lightbars. I've seen how bright a 50" rigid light bar is, I can't imagine needing 2. The single is so bright it is blinding when it hits plant life up close or if their is moisture in the air.

I personally like a lot of lights, I don't expect to ever need all of them but it's pretty cool to turn them all on when the oncoming traffic has their brights on lol I still need to get some pods and a 52" bar. And the hood one I have isn't to bright but it's alright. Also want to put a couple pods in the back

Let me make a case for lights above the windshield: At night, fording a river when all of your other lights are under water. Not the safest scenario, but suppose your buddy rolled his Jeep and you've GOT to get him to medical care? Doing the things I do, you prepare for the worst, and being able to drive at night (something I almost never do, and I NEVER plan in advance to do) is just part of that. As for normal operation, I find the light from the IPF headlights and the two bumper-mounted KC driving lights is plenty sufficient for those brief times I drive off-road at night.
BTW: Just an aside, but if you have glass lenses on any of your lower lights, turn them off and let them cool before entering the water. Otherwise you risk cracking that glass.

I have two KC 130w slimlites mounted to the windshield and they light up everything. They dont do well in the snow so ive considered looking into a smaller amber light bar or something like that and maybe some pods in the back. Lights over the windshield makes sense for what mark said.
Here is a pic of my front. Rigid E-series spot (10 degree spot) and 2 rigid dually D2 XL driving (40 degree flood). For a flood light it honestly isn't that big of a deal getting a high end brand, they all basically use the same LEDs and are virtually all the same. Higher end brands usually have better fit and finish, and from what I have seen are complete kits... but after they are set up I think you would be hard pressed to notice a difference in a flood light from a good quality knock off brand. But for a spot I would expect to see noticeable differences between companies like rigid and knockoff brands. reflectors, lens, etc all play a part in getting that light down that road and if you have knockoffs in a spot I think you would see significant variances, but it is also what you need for your situation.
I was perfectly fine with floods only (dense woods in Washington) until I wheeled in the desert at night and realized I "needed" that spot to shoot down the road. I'm not a fan of pencil beams (5* spot) because I find their focus too narrow, but the 10* spots have a good spread and when complimented with a flood there is not much area unlit. I don't have a picture of them on at night, but I'll try to get one this weekend. I pointed my floods slightly outward to get more light on the sides and reduce the overlap hot spot in the center. This made a more uniform light brightness throughout the lighted area.
A friend of mine got the ARB knockoffs from amazon and they are impressive. From amazon search for: Turbo 96W round LED, there are lots of options, but turbo is a good brand of knockoffs from what I have seen.

Why not use your street legal brights to flash them instead of your offroad only illegal to use on the streets lights? It is cool you like your lights, but please use them smartly and safely.
