no my gig here...don't really see why is so important...isn't it just a nav system?? A handheld nav is better b/c you can take it with you to geocache!!

 

What MyGig. I think this was all a big joke. I deleted mine off Tuesday and now I am having second thoughts about it. I NEVER buy brand new vehicles and want my Jeep the way I want it and I want it NOW!! So do I wait or do I go to D status next week and buy an aftermarket stereo that is almost as comparable to the MyGig? My other thought was to pay for mine when I pick up my Jeep and pay for an install and then wait for 3 or 4 more months for it

 

Dont do it!
I would do an aftermarket system rather then wait for your Jeep to be built...you might get it sooner, and waiting sucks!

 

I'm waiting for now..but I'm definately on the edge of changing.

I am getting quite frustrated by the lack of communication between Jeep and their very loyal customers!
I ordered my JKL Rubi w/MyGig and Dual-tops on Feb. 6th and it has been 'frozen' ever since! The dealer indicates it is the MyGig holding up the bump into production, other indicators I have read are pointing at the Freedom Top 3-piece roof leak as the hold-up.
I don't really care which option is the problem, I'll happily remove it and go with aftermarket. I just need to know that if I delete an option, it will go through successfully.
I don't want to delete the MyGig only to find out the Freedom-top, or swaybar disconnects are now on hold.
Come on Jeep, you certainly didn't delay in taking our deposits! At least give us an ETA!

 

speaking to the customer service this morning ,they told me there is a hold on the mygig i'm stuck in BG

 

I want a MyGig!

 

Not sure whos news is right anymore regarding the MyGig but today I called on my status and I moved "back" (which is really forward) to BX status. The first movement I have had in a month in a half....so I am hoping that means the MyGigs are moving along the line.
