I find myself not able to think about anything less than 37" tires.
And I got 16" rims (meaning im screwed, 16 was a bad choice). There is no end to this nonsense.
I'm thinking I got about 9K on top of the JK. DO NOT TELL THE SPOUSAL UNIT.

4" Rough Country lift - $550.00
Rough Country Quick Disco's - $20 (good deal from RC)
Bedlined front grill - $9.90 for a spray can
Bedlined fended edges - $9.90 for a spray can
Drilled mirrors - free
Chopped fenders - $135 for Dremel tool
tinted front windows - $45.00
35" BFG KM2 x 2 (so far) - $360 a piece
I've done all the installs myself, learning as I go and using the write-ups found here, all in the father-in-law's garage.
total - $2968.80

Spending my kids' college money
I'm about $5,700 into my 07 Rubi Unl with another $5k easily planned (35s, Wheels, Gears, Rear Bumper & Carrier). I'm quite certain that before I spend that next $5k I'll find another couple grand of stuff I "gotta have."
It's pretty sickening to think of the $$$ we all spend on these toys. And I agree with the earlier post, when I see a heavily modded jeep I can't help but think that dude's got money.
I'd much rather fund this addiction than buy a pimped out sports car tho.
And if I ever satisfy this one, I'll add a Harley to the mix
