Default How much did you pay for your 2012 JK?

I had a similar thread going earlier today, but I figured this would be better to have a more general thread on the subject:

- How much did you end up paying for your 2012 JK?
- What trim was it? (Unlimited, Sahara, Rubicon, etc)
- What add ons did you get?
- What programs did you use? (Treadlightly.org, USAA, truecar.com, etc)
- Any other general advice

I'll start by saying that in the Milwaukee area on truecar.com, a base JKU Rubicon is sitting at $31.5 (before add on packages)

With ENCS, thus far they have only offered a 500 dollar rebate bringing me to 41,5 (fully loaded)

USAA's Auto Circle seems to have a good deal at 37.6k (fully loaded) which is supposed to be 1800 below invoice with all the add ons.

I haven't bought yet, but plan on it in the next few months.

Anyone else care to share?

When I ordered mine It came in at 40.1 or so. I have a discount through my work. 1% below invoice. Came in at 37.1. Do the math. I got EVERY option except auto.

How? That's below base MSRP.

No pain or hassel - Join Tread Lightly and you get 1% below Invoice.
If you are a USAA member and served/serving in the US Military you qualify for an additional 1K off.
Geico Car Insurance members also can get preferred pricing. Call Geico for more information, but it is equivalent to roughly 1% below invoice
Shop a little and have good credit and some cash to put down vs. a trade and you might see 2%+ below invoice.

Some people have gotten a serious discount but if you are not USAA or an employee or family member of Jeep/Chrysler you will have a really hard time seeing anything below 3% below invoice (total dealer hold back).

Call a few dealers and try to avoid the "come in and we can work it out"

Good luck.

2012 jku sport S package. Traded in an 07 mustang and ended up paying a total of $15k after some tough negotiating with the manager!

Neither.. its invoice price. If I look at what I paid according to "MSRP" base or actual it came out to 12% percent off.

Invoice is a quasi "what the dealer pays" (but in reality they pay less due to hold back and other dealer incentives)

Anything over 10% off Sticker (msrp) is a fairly good deal.
