Default How are your seats holding up?

Just wondering on how your stock seats are holding up in the durability department. It seems that every time i get in and out of my Jeep, I am either sitting or sliding on the left side of the seat bottom. So does anyone have excess wear showing on their drivers or passenger seats?

i am 250 lbs and am 6'1" and i get in and out of the Jeep frequently. I keep the seats cleaned regularly with mild soap , water and sponge. Only "wear" i see after 2 years of ownership ( i have an 08' Rubi ) there are only slight visible creases or wrinkles on the side where you slide in and out of the Jeep. The material is actually very durable but not very water resistant......i am shopping for water proof seat covers for all four seats....Iggy's, Marathon, etc.......just no Neoprene.

I actually snagged that netting crap on the seats as soon as I bought it, I have then installed seat covers and they've taken the beating but yea the stitching is wearing out on the left side since I always slide out on that side.

I have a 2008, seat is wearing around the height adjustment. I have recently got myself an extreamly sqeeky seat. Ill be taking it in for warrenty. I have read on this form replacement should not be an issue. even with a mild lift. we shall see.....

Mine are holding up fine but luckily they are covered with Rugged Ridge neo seat covers which makes them much more comfortable (and better looking)

I replaced my seat covers after only owning it 3 months. Even after only 3 months, the stock cloth/fishnet crap was already starting to look gnarly and snagged....kind of reminded me of an old sweat shirt that's been through the wash too many times and decorated with lint balls.

My leather has been on for 11 months now and still looks new. Best mod I ever did.

Did you change the seats to leather, get leather seat covers, or what? I'm intrigued.

The seats in my 2008 Rubi look great after 72K and lots of in and out inspecting the pipeline. Because of the 35s, lift and my short legs I have to kind of sliiide out too.

My back seat looks new cuz I put it in storage before anyone sat on it.
