Since I'm sure their will be a waiting list for soft-doors for the four door jk when they finally come out I would like to call dibs. It is sooooo gonna kick ass not to have to remove the heavy full doors every weekend. And when I go on road trips I won't have to put the doors on on the chance that it might rain on the way back or be 104degrees or whatever. Thats all I have to say about that.

 

Are they expected to come out anytime soon?

 

I've heard tale of an urban legend that Bestop should have them out early in 08. I think I read it somewhere on this forum.If it is not true it's the meanest lie ever.

 

 

sweet! I cant wait to pay double what I did for my TJ Doors (just because they are new)!

 

Bestop told me the soft doors would be ready by September. Which would have been great since its still so warm here in New England. However, I'm guessing they are late.

 

Any ideas on cost guys?

Seriously, how hard could it be to make these things? I mean Best Top and other manufacturers have previous model desgins to go off of. Stop dragging your feet guys!! Get us some products before Christmas.

Oh and while I'm at it, I am sick and tired of having to give up my first born to pay for JK parts. I mean just look at bumpers from previous TJs for crying out loud. They are 50% LESS that JK units and they are usually the same amount of material. What this market needs is more companies releasing porducts to drive these rediculous prices down. Whatever happened to the old adage "Jeeps are awesome cause they are cheap as shit to mod". Well not anymore.
