Can anyone recommend a better place to buy my jk parts, I have been in a living hell over the parts I ordered from them after returning from Iraq.

I just spoke with the manager of customer service their about an hour ago regarding "these kinds of issues" being posted on several forums. They are struggling through a recent upgrade in material management software and recommend you call them in person and let them find what you need Vs. online.

I also sent you a PM re: this.

yea 4wd is very on and of with there service. sometimes i get stuff other times it takes forever. i order everything through Quadratec they are by far the best in my book. besides they are a little cheaper than 4wd. the tuffy drawer on 4wd is 680$$ compared to quadratec at 580$$ 100$$ less use them they are awesome. never had a problem

Quadratec doesn't sell tire and wheel combo, mounted and balanced. I usually use quadratec also.

 

The only reason i placed order with them, is because Quadratec doesn't carry Smittybuilt winches.
