I was afraid that was going to be the answer. My salesman is a putz and doesn't seem to give two sh@&s about me. Anytime I ask him to help out with the status info, he blows me off and I never hear from him. If I had't been waiting for so long already I would have gone elsewhere to order my Wrangler. Oh well, at least I have this forum. It's been more helpful than any sales person or DCX for that matter could ever hope to be

Also. don't ask your salesman, although 50% of the sales floor staff can look up your order status, you are best to go to the sales manager directly ( they are usually more than willing to help). Or ask who does the ordering, there is only one person per dealership that actually puts the orders through to DC. Your third line of defense is the person who you will meet (if you haven't already) that does the after market accesory sales.
