I spoke Wifenese
Last year we bought our JK. The deal was after a year I could lift it but not as high as my TJ I once had (check signature). But we traded the wife's Avalon for the JK so it was her daily driver.
Thanks to all of you I overcame the first hurdle. After showing pics of 4 door JK's with 35's and some with 33's she sees now that a 4 door has to have 35's.. not 33's.
Now the second hurdle was overcome with my own ingenious idea. For various reasons I explained to my wife that we should trade off my Chevy for a Toyota Sequoia for her. After all, we both work for Toyota so we need to support the company. Well, she went for it. The Jeep will once again be mine.
Of course during the summer during the nice weeks I'll probably lose the Jeep but that's just something I'll have to accept.

Congrats on that! It's sounds like it was a hard fought battle.
That's just plain unfortunate. Isn't that half the point of having a Wrangler? Well, at least you'll get it the rest of the time.
Honestly, I used to enjoy driving my TJ with doors and windows off in a downpour just as much as with the top down too in the sun.
