Gears have to do with tire size, not the lift height. Gearing will be a personal preference but not something that necessarily needs to be changed right away.
As for the driveshafts, just keep and eye on them during regular maintenance checks. More than likely, you will want to replace down the road.

This thread by Dirtman is a great place to start ...

I'd also recommend check up on Rough Country lifts, and most especially that 4 inch lift. The above thread will go into greater detail on this, but you really don't need four inches if you plan on keeping 35s. Also, for folks to properly answer your question about gears, they will need to know what tranny you're running.

I guess I'm somewhat qualified to answer this question since I've installed the same lift 2 months ago....I didn't need new driveshafts , and my 3.73 gear ratio seems great with 35's in my opinion. HOWEVER that lift kit is incomplete . I will highly recommend you to add an adjustable track bar and adjustable lower control arms . I liked the price when i pulled the trigger but it was too good to be true.
I can't drive over 50 mph without my jeep being flighty and wanting to take a right or left on me. its actually pretty dangerous so i avoid that speed until i add those on my rig .

This has nothing to do with wondering , a 4" lift you are going to have to fix your caster either adj control arms or relocation brackets
And getting a alignment on a jk is pointless and a waste of money because all they can fix is your toe

I agree that you WILL need to add an adjustable track bar for the front and maybe the rear as well. If you are on a budget, the control arms can wait as you can get away with installing AEV or Rancho brackets to the stock arms to correct the caster, but the adjustable track bars are a must. I don't understand how a manufacturer will sell you a lift that high without them.
(EDIT: I see that the lift includes a front track bar bracket. I've never used one before, but considering DW issues you may have, I would recommend using a good quality adjustable track bar.)
If you do any offloading that will require your driver side to droop, you will eventually need a new driveshaft as you will inevitably tear the boot of your stock DS if you have an automatic. If not, your stock DS will be fine.

I got the lift installed, no mojor issues as of yet. I am getting a very slight vibration in the steering wheel from around 55 to 65 miles per hourb but once i hit 70 shes smooth again. The only thing i was concernd about is after the alignment my steering was straigt and now a day laster it has moving to the left about a quarter turn. strange huh
