Same happened to me for my D44 cover. My D30 was fine but I had 3 D44 covers before I finally had a good one. Sold the duds.

 

They come from same foundry as Riddler.

 

I know but also have a better reputation.

 

We have these covers,awesome product.Bought them when they first came out,had no problems installing them either

 

i bought riddlers for my 2012 rubi and had issues with them as well. the front one and my track bar hated each other so they fought. there was so little clerance between the bar and the fill plug that i wasent able to install the front fill plug i had to make a flush mount rubber plug for it. The rear one fit but agian had super tight clerances between the cover and trackbar.
So i sold them and bought teraflex covers. fit awsome and beefy as hell and 180.00 shipped for front and rear.

 

Yeah :/ we will have to see I guess I'm just gonna run them till my next fluid change. I've spent more on diff fluid now then what theses damn covers cost fml.

I've had mine since 2010 and no issues. I've installed a few sets on fellow jeepers and they too no issues.

 

This is not the case anymore.
