Just wanted to put a shout out for a vendor with great customer service. JCR Customer Service was excellent for me. I emailed JCR on a Sunday and got an automated email response that my issue would be addressed during business hours. However, an hour later I received a personal email from Allen providing assistance. I needed the spindle caps for a JCR Crusasder bumper that I didnt even buy direct from JCR and they shipped them to me free of charge. I had offered to pay and they still shipped them free of charge. Outstanding Customer Service

Besides the great customer service, the bumper is awesome. Clean welds and great fit. Love that it allowed me to keep my factory hitch receiver.

 

Last fall I bought JCR classic sliders and skids. My boxes broke open during shipping and some fasteners were missing. One call and they sent me replacements free and shipped quick.

 

Bu far some of the best costomer service i have ever delt with!
