FOUND IT!
Go to Oriental Trading, then search for the Exploration Adventure Party Theme (Boy's party theme, IN-70/29270). It's got a nice yellow "Jeep" on the plates (looks like they put the grill horizontal rather than vertical, probably for trademark purposes).
