Jeep family...
Just curious, my parents have owned jeeps as long as I can remember... they started out with a Grand Wagoneer, a couple of Cherokees and now a Liberty (YUK! not my style). How many other Jeepers have it in their blood?
My parents actually had a older CJ7 in the late 80's. After that no other Jeeps until my dad's 93 Grand Cherokee, which is still alive and with 248,000 miles on the original engine, 2nd transmission though. This new JK of mine will be me and my wife's third Wrangler. I had my 97 when we got married, and she had her 02 also. We didn't have much room for cargo, so we decided on a very dreadful day to trade in my loved 97 TJ for a Mercury Mariner. So after a few months with the Mariner, we sold my wife's 02 TJ for a 99 F-250 7.3L Diesel which I currently drive. Now the 4 door JK's came out and wow, we are so happy... To say the least, it should be here within the week 'fingers crossed'. And that's our story.
You all have a great forum here, and I hope that I can bring some useful TJ knowledge into it and help out a little bit!

My dad followed me into Jeeps. Since I got my first CJ he has had 2 Cherokees, and 3 Grands. My sister now drives a Grand And I am on my 8th and 9th Jeep, owning the JK and an '02 Grand now.
