I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you get it fixed (or a decent trade if that's what you want). Bought mine at Hendrick. Their Service dept has had a lot of turnover recently. I think that's for the better. Good luck.

Default Freedom Top Leaks

I have had the same problem since day 1. Dealer tried to fix it 6 times and it leaks as bad or worse than when it was new. They told me yesterday to remove the carpeting and pull the drain plugs so the water runs out. They wont work on it anymore at the dealer in Bremerton. They cracked both panels on top where the screws extended too far into the top. I told them about that and they didn't seem to give a shit. See what Chrysler says Monday.

That's sounds like a horrible dealership. They broke your top and told you to remove carpet that's bs! I recommend being calm with Chrysler and they should definitely be on your side.

I just threw my soft top on the first time this year it was sunny for a few days and I just started raining really heavy the last couple days and I've noticed a leak on both sides of my soft top the drips down my hands on my door right around the area where the opening latches on the inside it's happening from the both the passenger and driver side never happened before in the other two summers that I had the soft top on in heavy rain no leaks this year big leaks. I am thinking that perhaps I didn't install the softball properly because it appears that where it rounds over the door surround it's inside of the edge a little bit too much if it stops raining an appeal it back and try to read attach it and hopefully maybe that'll solve my problem

I got the same problem too. I can't stand when I go to a drive through and water drips all over my interior. If I open the door have the same problem.
