Post Jeep Tool Box - Contents

Hey,

I was looking around, and was unable to find good info on this topic. so i thought i would create a thread with the idea that it would build and be a good resource for folks.

After buying my JK X, i realized there were a few things on it that i did not have the appropriate tool for, ie. torx wrenches.

so I want to create a virtual tool box. Please list two things:

1. The action taken that required a tool (i.e. changing oil, removing doors, pulling out seats, removing factory radio, etc.)
2. The tool(s) used to perform the action.
-Tool name, size, brand

If the tool is already listed there is no need to list it again. if you have a better tool for an already listed action, then go ahead and list what you used to accomplish the task. Yes some of this is listed in the owners manual, but this will be a consolidated list for good reference.

This is not a thread for write-ups as there is already a forum for that, so just list the task accomplished, and the tool(s) used to accomplish it. Try to stay on topic as well.

Thanks in advance for your contributions. I look forward to expanding my Jeep Tool Box.

Billy

hmmm....nice.

Why is it burried in the Water Cooler forum?

except for topics specifically regarding the Jeep JK Wrangler.
I didn't even look there cause the forum description specifically says not to discuss JK related topics.

Alright....well....I guess I apologize for re-posting.

No apology required - you searched, didn't find, and had a good idea for a thread - someone just beat you to it is all.
