Default jeep wave not from a jeep??

anybody else be drive a different car and wave a jeeps just out of habit. i was in my dads dodge shadow today and i waved at a jeep and got the weirdest look (the look of when u wave at the soccer mom in a jeep that thinks ur hitting on her) just from a guy down the block that normally waves.

then i relized i was only a foot off the ground and i wasnt in a jeep. needless to say i felt like a d-bag.

I waive at Jeeps while in the truck all of the time. He tells me that they are going to think I am crazy. I tell him that it's a Jeep thing, they'll understand.

I've had people not in Jeeps wave at me, and I always figure that they own (or owned) a Jeep. I smile and return the wave. And sometimes I catch myself automatically rendering a wave when not in my Jeep. I hope that the recipient will be as understanding as I strive to be.

I wave at Jeeps in the dark sometimes

It's the headlights, you can tell it's a Jeep

I'm more of a two finger off the top of the steering wheel as well. Have always done that. Sometimes, I will do four fingers.
