ok, now it's summer/fall 2006. you're listening to NSYNC on the radio wishing they would just go away and wondering where all the good bands like Hall and Oates, Air Supply, and Minni Vanilli went. pictures are being leaked, and Jeep is introducing it's new JK. OMIGOD!!!! a 3.8l V6 from a minivan!!!! a curved windshield!!! 4 DOORS!!!! a raked grille!! THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END!!!!!!!!!!

ok, now it's summer/fall 2010. you're listening to the radio wondering why the hell all the songs sound like the singer's voice was put through the same synthesizer, and buying tickets for the Hall and Oates reunion tour (coming soon to a junior high cafeteria near you). pictures and starting to be leaked and Jeep is introducing the new interior for it's now 4 year old JK. OMIGOD!!! those parts come from other Jeeps in the stable! it doesn't look tough enough to be in a Jeep!! (wait, don't all those parts come from other Jeeps?) it's too car like!!!!! it resembles a Ferrari interior and has leather!!!! THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END!!!!!!!!

here's the deal folks. Jeep Wranglers have never been more comfortable, fuel efficient, or reliable. I know, how dare they right?! but wait...I'm missing something.....oh yeah, THEY'VE NEVER BEEN MORE CAPABLE. so why they hell do we, as Jeepers, bitch so friggin much!?!?!?!?!?!?! in a few years (2016?), we'll be driving our 2011+ JKs complaining about Jeep ruining the JK........

why don't we all just quit whining and enjoy our Jeeps for what they are. see my sig below (thanks Yankee)

 

I think its the personality of the average Jeep lover is one that doesnt like change...we've got something we like and we stick with it. That being said, I cant wait till the flying Jeeps come out...although it will take the fun out of wheelin'

 

Just to be clear, there was no 1996 Jeep Wrangler model, but I get what you are saying.

To be honest all the haters should settle down and name another 4 door bad a@@ convertible on the market today or in the past. Jeep is growing and Crystler has chosen to make the interior more appealing (not a bad thing). All the other car makers are walking away from convertibles. Toyota dropped the Solara and does not offer the FJ in a convertible, oh well no money going there if your looking for an open top.

Just wish Jeep would offer more engines in the US, but as of today still the most versatile convertible on the market.

I still don't know why they decided to take a year off. The only reason why I know that is because my friend bought a 95 and I liked it so much I wanted one. My first Jeep was a 97...

 

I don't want to scare any one but think when they will release the electric Wrangler ???
