Default JK Auto w/ 35s - shifting problems?

Anyone experiencing excessive shifting from overdrive to 3rd - JK auto trans - noticed it after installing 16x35 wheels and tires - JK came stock with 17" wheels and tires - Figure its the different size causing this problem - Any ideas how to fix - Chip? Programmer? Tell me what you think! Thanks!

differential gear change is probably your best answer. 4.88, or 5.13's

x2 on gearing. Especially if you don't have 4.10s. You may just find yourself getting pushed backwards on the highway if you happen to get into a strong headwind.

Doesn't matter. They're all getting manufactured by the same Chinese company. Superior, Precision Gear, et al. are the same right now. Hopefully, that'll change down the line...

I have Superior gears.

I just installed the Superior 5.13's and would highly recommend them! No need to be agressive with the pedal on the freeway anymore and have yet to roll with the OD off..... check my signature for how I roll
