Of course this is not surprise because the JK rocks, but here's the article on the competition. This just poves how crappy tthe FJ's are. It only got the best score in one catagory, sand.

Hey, as bad as the FJ sucks, at least it came up first in a category (unlike the Hummer!)

 

Details details. But I suppose there is some truth in that. If I had to pick between an FJ or an H3 and my life depended on it, I guess I would pick the FJ........(groan)


Then I'd sell it and buy a JK.

 

That is fairly significant, isn't it? The FJ showed highest in one category and the H3 didn't show highest in any whereas the JK showed highest rank in:

* Rockcrawling Wrangler
* Hillclimbing Wrangler
* Transmission Wrangler
* 4WD/Low-range Engage Wrangler
* Steering Wrangler
* Drivetrain Performance Wrangler
* Body Styling Wrangler
* Four-wheeling Attributes Wrangler
* Fit and Finish Wrangler

I don't know if there is a bias or anything in that magazine but that is a pretty good argument for the JK when discussing other vehicles. Or am I missing something?

 

They must not have tested one of the early ones like mine, w/ missing paint behind/around the hinges
