Thanks. I made a to scale drawing of the tailgate in Microsoft excel and moved the graphics around to get a layout. I used a cheap vinyl cutter for some of the graphics that I didn't have, probably violated some copyright laws. I started working on the inside.

Here's a Photoshop mockup. Made the tire tread match my new KO2s. I've already got the file over to my printer, so I'm hoping to get it cut and applied this weekend.

I like the way it runs from the body to the gate, gives a lot more room to get the details of the graphic. Great photoshop rendition by the way.

Thanks! I'll get it applied on Monday and snap a real photo. I'm curious to see how it turns out. Theory and application are often two different things.

My Jeep is actually Billet Silver and the decal itself will be dark silver (not quite black), so it won't be as striking or visible as the mockup, but I'm confident it'll still look good.

I love how your decals end and curve around the spare. Excellent idea and it looks great. I was gonna do that on mine, but I've got a 35" spare, so I don't have a lot of space to play around with.

I think the dark silver on silver will look great. What type of vinyl cutter are you using?

I'm running 35's as well, the AEV tire carrier is offset to carry up to a 40" so it gives a little more room on left but it really shortened up the room on the right. It took awhile for me to get over the fact that it wasn't centered, in fact it drove me a little crazy.

Here it is in the flesh. Came out exactly as I had hoped, if not better.

I've got a guy who's doing the cutting for me. My talents go as far as Illustrator. As for the location, I chose the left because my next mod will most likely be the Teraflex HD carrier which eliminates a lot of that open space on the right.

Insanely addicting, yes. I want to add more! I love the "But Did You Die?!" decal. Fantastic.
