Default JK Metal

Is the body made of Tin Foil. I was waxing the JK today and never realized how soft/flexable the panels are. I'm not complaining or bashing....but man the JK Body parts are springy

Your comment makes me laugh because of your avatar....

Would've thought you noticed the soft body panels before your first wax.

I think it's like that on all new vehicles these days. Absorbs small impacts better, or something like that. Ya know, so that when you're parked at the mall and your Jeep gets hit by an errant shopping cart, it won't dent.

If only that were true!!! Shopping carts destroy the sheetmetal on the new Jeeps. Its probably made thin so Chrysler could save money. Costs less to make thinner metal. We are all monkeys getting played with by these big corporations!!!
