I agree with others that they come off a little, uh, vain. Vanity plates are better when they're funny or clever.
There's some douche who parks in downtown Austin sometimes with the plate YALE JD. I shake my head every time I see it.
If you have to go with one, I'd pick JK RN85. It's more subtle.

Love BND OVR I would not put any personal info like your birth year at all, out of your choices I like JKNURSE, but I think that is still too personal. I will PM you my suggestion, I've heard that some people have had their vanity tag idea taken by another forum member before they get to it go register it.
Hey ER....Trauma ICU RN/CCRN/TNCC here. I guess my concern would be identifying yourself at all. I am very proud to do what I do, I just don't necessarily need others to know what I do for a living, especially out on the roads. I totally understand your pride, but I would still think twice. It could make you a very big target.
