Default JK Seats

I am interested in finding new Front Seats for my JK- The Standard seats are not that comfortable and my Wife hates them.

Does anyone know where you can go to actually sit on some of the after market seats?

Has anyone been to the Quad_ratec Tent sale in PA they have in October- worth going or a waste?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Cportner

You have a Rubicon right? My girlfriend and I have found them to be very comfortable, even on long road trips. If I had one complaint, it would be the headrest material, but I've gotten used to it.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the input-

I personally think they are OK- but my wife has nearly refused to go anywhere with me and keeps thinking the JEEP is a phase that will pass- and I will buy a nice BMW 5 series! (OK Maybe as an extra car!)

Anyway, her back hurts her and she complains non stop on every trip. So new seats are a must. However, she must sit in the new seat and give it a blessing or she will hate that one too!

Thanks!

However you might want to check out Twisted Stitch seats.
They do some awesome seats for the Jk. They also have bucket seat for the back of the unlimited.

Check WOL's Jeep. I think he has the Mastercraft seats installed. They are pretty nice too.

It sounds like the seats aren't the problem and she just hates your Jeep and is using them as an excuse. All of the aftermarket seats I've seen are more offroad oriented and she definitely would not be happy with those.

A coworker of mine has a TJ and has recently got a set of mastercraft seats. He wishes he has done this years ago. I haven't tried them out, but he is around 50 and he drives a truck all day, so he knows alot about sitting down behind the wheel.

I asked him if he has a five point harness but he has the shoulder strap.
Maybe this could be the route for you.

Make sure you talk to your wife and you know if you get new seats, if she will ride in it. Maybe she just doesn't like Jeep. Somthing like 20% of people have this unexplained mystery illness... Hopefully it isn't contagious!
