so i'm just getting back from a trip to FL from b'ham. now i know the wranglers aren't known for their quiet ride but the wind noise at 70mph is really really really loud anyone come up with anything that can bring down the level of wind shear off the windscreen?

drive slower, pull it with a rv, buy a hard top, a lot of bondo and make it aerodynamic.

Add a light bar it'll make even more noise and you'll forget about the wind all together.

Drove 14 hours with my soft top on and I would have to disagree with the OP. It's a dream ride, of course I am comparing it to my YJ soft top. So you know, there's that.

Is the wind noise comes from the top of the windshield?

If yes, you can make some adjustments

I think they make some kind of goofy bug deflector type thing for over the windshield where the soft top meets the frame.

Fold the windshield down and the level of windshear off the windsheild is gone!
