it's a JK X with 37" tires....do not know if it has been regeared. I have not test driven it yet....hopefully at noon today. Are there concerns with an X running 37"???????

Yes ... folks don't generally put 37's on the 30 ......
That JK appears to have been a Mall Crawler ... so if you use it just for that you should be fine. You'll more than likely break something in the front axle if you do much wheeling.
