if you don't actually need the towing package right away, don't get it. just order the 4.10 gear option by itself and add a hitch later when you get it. they're cheaper in the aftermarket.

well...the only way to get the 4.10 is to factory order.... no dealer carries just 4.10 without tow group. And seeing that factory order takes a while now, i think i can live with it. We'll see.

The next thing i have to worry is them pricing my trade in car....

I bought my Jeep from the dealer with the 4.10, and I dont have the tow package. I actually didnt even realize that I had it until today when I looked at my window sticker...

yeah just paid sticker, they had 1400 dollars worth of mark up on it. has the 23s package, six speed, satellite radio, power group. it was 23k out the door. paid a little more but the did get me financed!

Does anybody every try buying their new JK through Costco Car buying services? just wondering how low can you get with Costco pricing

Nope, 4wd, 2dr, base with 4.10s, locking gas cap, and air conditioning ala cart (all in Rescue Green). Thanks!
(early production model, so it still has adjustable headrests, D44, and full length console.
