After seeing threads being repeated over and over againand the same questions being asked, I was thinking that maybe if the modified JK section was better organized, then more people could find the answers without asking a repetitive question. For example break up the mod section in categories: (I am not sure if this would overwork the modulators or your server...)

Wheels
Tires
Lift Kits
Bumpers
Rails/Skidplates/Protection
Aux Lighting
Engine mods
Exhaust
Drivetrain mods...etc

 

I agree, that would make things easier to find. But I also think people need to use the search feature ALOT more!

I think (just like the staging area sections) no matter how organized you make it, some jackass will muck it up. Whether it's a moment of duh, a little too much drinky drinky, or just plain dumb -- someone's bound to post the same thing over and over or in the wrong area.

It just happens...I personally think it should stay like it is. Thats my 1c 1c.

i agree. this forum is hard to find stuff. when i use the search i get 8 returns with a different answer in each thread. it is quite confusing.

 

I agree. Someone should sit up all night organizing the thousands of threads into groups, then alphabetize, and then sort by date, jeep color, lift size, and sperm count.

 

Not neccessarily. Once there are a lot of threads in each category, there will be dup's again. The bottom line is that people are not doing searches.

 

actually, we all sit behind the green curtain and wait for a search to come in, when it does 3 very technical things occur:

1. Piginajeep shakes the scrabble letter bag, beats someone upside the head with it... and Robar picks 8 letters, then they shake those up and whatever falls out forms two strings of letters, whether it is a word or not is a crapshoot, that is what you get back from them.
2. Doojer shakes the boggle cube and him and Rubimon chose 3 random - 5 letter or greater words, and that is what you get back from them.
3. I just type a bunch of inconsequential baloney and that is what you get from me...

Then we all laugh and have a beer.




Seriously though, it is an intersting idea, and i am sure it'll get discussed.
